Here's exactly what happens when you call. No mystery.
A phone number on a consulting site usually hides a maze. This one doesn't, and the whole route is written down below — including the part where an AI might answer first, because pretending otherwise would be a strange way to start an honest relationship.
The call
- You call 1-855-DREWSAI (+1-855-373-9724), whenever the question lands. The line never sleeps even though I do.
- An AI receptionist may answer first. It introduces itself as one — out loud, first thing. It takes your name, your business, and your question, and finds me.
- I get the signal. If it's a fit and I'm free, we talk right then. If not, you choose a callback window, and the callback actually happens — within one business day.
- A human makes every decision. The receptionist routes; it doesn't judge, qualify, or quote. Deciding is my job, and it's the one part I'll never automate. You may notice that's the same advice I sell.
About the receptionist, plainly
Yes, the pre-AI consultant has an AI receptionist. That's the point.
It's AI doing exactly what AI is for: catching the phone at 2 a.m., writing down a name and a question, and never missing a call. It decides nothing. The boundary between what it does and what I do is the never-line, drawn through my own business first — so you can hear what one sounds like before you buy one.
