Privacy
The privacy page, written for humans.
A business that sells "what AI should never touch" had better be plain about what it does with your information. Here it is. [This page ships only after legal review — markers below are for Drew and counsel.]
Call recording
Calls may be recorded, and the receptionist says so first.
When you call 1-855-DREWSAI, an AI receptionist may answer and may record the call. It discloses both at the start, before you've said anything that matters. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so — the recording stops and the call goes on.
Recordings exist so I can hear your question accurately instead of from a paraphrase. They're kept privately, reviewed by me, and not used for anything else.
[LEGAL: confirm consent language by state — two-party-consent jurisdictions; confirm retention window.]
What's collected
What I collect, and what happens to it.
- From a call: your name, your business, your question, and your callback preference. That's the list.
- From the site: minimal analytics — enough to know which pages get read, never who's reading them. No popups, no chat widget, no cookie theater.
- What it's used for: answering you, and nothing else.
- What never happens: your information is not sold, not shared for marketing, and not used to train any AI system without your explicit, separate consent.
The receptionist vendor
The AI receptionist is a third-party service.
It handles the call audio and transcription described above, under its own data policy, linked here so you can read it yourself: [VENDOR NAME + policy link — confirm before launch].

Privacy questions go to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL — confirm], or just ask on the phone — it's the kind of question the line exists for.
